At its April 13 meeting in Annapolis, the Mid-Atlantic Carwash Association inducted Dave DuGoff into its Hall of Fame. DuGoff has served as MCA president at multiple times over the years, and is beginning a new term as president. He has provided strong leadership for MCA and taken a major leadership role NRCC. The Hall of Fame Award for 2016 was a large blown glass water droplet.
