This MCA membership meeting was held at the Wyndam
Hotel near the airport. Our featured guest was Mike
Black, International Carwash Association President
and carwash operator in Toronto, Canada. Also on
the agenda was the election of officers for 2003-2004,
and a run down on the Virginia's General Assembly
for 2003.
