The Details
The March 17 regional meeting begins first with visits to two successful member carwash operations in the immediate area -- the Charles Town Auto Wash and the 340 Wash & Lube facility. At each location owners and manufacturers will provide a brief presentation and equipment demonstration about their operations. Following the visits to these businesses, a reception and dinner will occur at the Charles Town Race Track. Everyone will meet in the Terrace Dining Room, Section F for a reception beginning at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

For those members who want to spend the night, a block of rooms has been secured for Mid-Atlantic Car Wash Members at the Inn at Charles Town, next to the Race Track. A special rate for the room block at $99.00 will be held until March 5, 2010. Members must make their own room reservations with the Inn, by calling (304) 885-5800. The Inn at Charles Town also offers a shuttle service to and from the Race Track. After March 5, 2010, this room block will not be held.
